This is for the person who likes beef and has plenty of freezer space. Our beef lives on pasture for its entire life. Rarely do our cattle need a doctors visit, so they live a low-stress life with plenty of green grass, rye and clover. Because our cattle are never jammed into dirty, cramped feed lots, we let them get a little more age on them, which seems to pull the marbling into the meat, leading to the excellent tenderness and flavor we have been seeing. Red Wagyu crossed with red angus leads to larger animals, as well. We have been extremely happy with the end product, and believe you will be as well.
